A standard $25 diagnostic fee may apply and is confirmed before service. Diagnostics identify a practical next step but do not guarantee that a repair is possible.

Tell us what the device is doing, its condition, and whether you prefer local or mail-in service.

Receive a review
Hot Swap Repair confirms whether to continue, what information is still needed, and whether an HSR ticket should be created.

Authorize the work
The approved service, price, meeting or shipping instructions, and customer agreement are documented before repair.

Document the return
Completion details, final-condition photos when used, and the signed return record stay with the ticket.
