Common reasons to request a review
- Battery drains unusually fast
- Device shuts down or will not stay on
- Cable must be held at an angle
- Device will not charge or charges slowly
Stop using a device that is hot, swollen, smoking, hissing, or has a strong chemical odor. Do not mail a visibly swollen or damaged battery without direct instructions.

Hot Swap Repair confirms whether to continue, what information is still needed, and whether an HSR ticket should be created.

Authorize the work
The approved service, price, meeting or shipping instructions, and customer agreement are documented before repair.

Document the return
Completion details, final-condition photos when used, and the signed return record stay with the ticket.

- A standard $25 diagnostic fee may apply and is confirmed before service.
